.a debilitating infection.

I can't seem to throw off this feeling of inertia. Maybe I should put the blame on the weather, it is making me listless and lethargic. It is possible. I couldn't concentrate in class today, so I left for an apparent reason, i.e. I need my pillowS! ^^ Without a bit of hesitation, I drove straight home, only to realise that I'm hungry. Haha. But nothing beats my pillows! zzzz...

Refreshed, and guilty. Guilty for skipping class. ish~ I suppose I've missed one hell of an important chapter. Maybe I should bug Ms. 1st class to tutor me someday. Well, holidays were well spent. My isolation was great. In fact, a couple of surprises caught me bewildered.

Firstly, I spent one whole day, trying to figure out the pump for that mini-waterfall we have in our garden. Everyone was puzzled as to why I couldn't get over it and just leave it till mom comes home. Yes, I just couldn't. I need to listen!...to the waterfall. Eventually, it was fixed. (when mom got home. duh~)

Evenings walks with grandpa plus some small talks were the best moments ever. Lucky enough for me to get a hand full of information from his past. I felt so much of honour to be the grand-daughter of this man. I was totally mesmerized by the stories shared. Well, he gave me lots of inspiration that I ought not reveal. shh~ I love my grandpa.

What more can a gated-community do on Halloween? Costume party of course. But, I consider myself way past the the age limit. So, we decided to participate in the "trick-or-treat" session. Well, pictures tell a thousand words. How much of effort had these kids made? ...

I wasn't sure whether this was a female or a male, "it" just went straight to the box of candies..

Oh! This spooky one has actually posed for me! (er..I meant the big spooky)

Halloween came about where the ancient Gaels believed that the boundary between the living and the deceased will dissolve on 31st October, and the dead become dangerous for the living by causing problems such as sickness. Interesting, no wonder it spooked my grandma..hehe. Oh! There it is! The source of my exhaustion! Argh! Candy treats made me sick! Argh! Argh! *slap slap* stop it. Argh! I remember seeing jack-o'-lanterns (carved pumpkins)! STOP.
Maybe I should make myself a witch next Halloween, should I?
