.the most irresistable date ever.
Argh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(I swear; my scream last nite lasted longer than those exclamation marks up there.)
I didn't realise till yesterday. His music has been with me for a good 10 years. 10 years!
Though I wasn't feeling well, and it was close to repeating my trauma, but I made myself abundantly clear that I want to attend the "date", as in D date. Thank god I felt much better after I've had forty winks. :)
(n/b: A special thanks to gor, dimpley and waikiki for the constant "nagging"..hehe. OK, no nagging; the constant concern and the cup of hot milo, and pieces of banana cake! *sob sob* THANKS! If it wasn't because of that, I might not be able to make it to the concert!)
The excitement at the start of the concert did really get my adrenalin rushing. We were literally out of control during the first 10 minutes. But managed to calm ourselves since we're not seated with the hard-core fans. (That's such a disgrace. Ish. I swear I'll never seat that far ever.)
After a lapse of 2 years, we came to a realisation that being too near makes it surreal. Weird, we know. But that's how we made him the only music man of the Chew sisters. Not to be bias, no matter how much we adore him, we disliked his hair last nite. Haha.
It was an utterly unforgettable date. It seemed to have lasted forever. The chemistry he had with the audience was totally indescribable. I love the concept! The concept of him being the saviour to music; a startling revelation of his kiddo fantasy. That just portraits the mischievous side of his. So irresistibly cute!
If you weren't a hard core fan, you wouldn't know the few songs he sang. As many used to claim that his style changes quite often, and some quite unacceptable. But this concert? It was tailor-made for nobody but his fans. It was really rare for him to sing songs like sense of security; if you can hear my song; can you feel my world; luo ye gui gen, it was very out of the norm, and that's what made it special. A heartfelt concert made for his Malaysian fans. Not to forget my personal favourite, forever love; I swear I want that song on my wedding day. *eehemm*
Despite the minor self-induced disappointment; I conclude that it was an awesome and, sincere concert. It was the best so far. I've been to 3 of them, and I consider this incomparable. We had a smashing time!
Thanks Leehom for making my day. It was certainly a blast.
Most of all, thanks mummy, for making it happen! Love you! ;)
